To Get Work Done or to Worry about How Your Team is Feeling

People may think about how your team focused and productive during their work, and then to what will you do if you have to choose between to get work done or worrying about your team feeling. Some people might say “fifty fifty, why not just chose both of them?”. Then which one your priority? Many people will say “Feelings that will be prioritized.” why not, because when your team feel underappreciated, it may weigh on their mind from time to time, but the effect of feeling underappreciated extend far beyond a temporary moment of disappointment. Studies show that employees who feel appreciated and are shown signs of gratitude can be up to 50 percent more productive. On top of that, appreciated employees have higher morale and satisfaction, leading to lower rates of turnover. If you force your team to working hard without prioritizing their feeling they will feel not valued at all. With appreciate your team they will to get their work done.
There’s a power important. You feel like you can take on the world. When you speak, people will respond. The world is ready and waiting to do your bidding that comes with feeling. A power in a group of people who work together toward a shared goal. A properly managed team, boost strengths and brings out the best in each member, by following this idea, really all employees should work in teams. Because there’s no better way to achieve more than by working together. Here are some teamwork quotes to inspire you to work with others “Finding good player is easy, Getting them to play as a team is another story”  by Casey Stengel. It’s all about attitude and choice. What’s more important for a team member? Take all the glory and to look good in front of his boss or to help his teammates and move the whole team forward? If teamwork is essential in your company, in a way of achieving a bigger goal, you need to hire people who can cooperate with others and who are bigger than their own ego. People want to work with the ones who can listen, are easy going, can compromise, and have a willing to solve problems . By appreciate the other you can become someone which has been described earlier.
Let's take a closer look at the key data points of this new research 66% of employees say they would "likely leave their job of they didn't feel appreciated." This is up significantly from 51% of employees who felt this way in 2012. Among millennials, the number of employees who'd leave if unappreciated jumps to 76%. This helps account for the overall increase from the 51% figure in 2012, as millennials are becoming the dominant generation in the workforce, with a unique set of characteristic and needs. From a management standpoint, 54% of senior managers feel "it's common for staff to quit due to lack of recognition." Though this is a reasonable number, there's a still a sizable disconnect between management's perceptions and the 76% of millennials who report they'd respond this way. So what does all this mean? What will all this matter? It’s Appreciation matter. By understanding their feeling and appreciate their work you will make the other more comfortable to work with you. This is show just how important of the managering your teammate feeling. If they’re not appreciated at work, they’ll get less work done, they’ll be unhappy and their entire environment may become less conducive to collaboration and productivity. No matter how good they are work, if you didn’t appreciate their work they will become worst and will leave you behind.
And then, how to get work done with your team? Learning to work together effectively in a team environment enables everyone involved to achieve their personal and professional goals. There’s four point to make you work effectively in a team it’s communication, time management, encouragement, and business acumen. Communication means Effective communication ensures that all team members know what is required of them. By conducting regular meetings and sharing information, the project team manager creates an environment where team members can demonstrate their individual contributions to the effort, as well as ask clarifying questions. This minimizes ambiguity and prevents misunderstandings and conflict. Time management means team members depend on each other to complete tasks according to the plan so that work flows smoothly from one process or task to the next. Good time management skills are essential to getting teams working at full steam. Encourage the use of project plans, deadline calendars and daily “to do” lists to help staffers get the most out of every day. You can also invest in a time management consultant who can deliver a brief presentation to your employees about best practices, getting organized and becoming more efficient at work. Encouragement means that take a positive attitude toward your work improvement efforts rather than taking on the role of a task master concerned only with the bottom line. Encourage employees, recognize efforts and let staffers know they’re valued assets in your business. Encourage feedback to let workers know their opinions count. Business acumen means that to work effectively on a team, members need to know their role and the overall project objective. Then, they can analyze situations that arise, diagnose the problem, and propose solutions that help the collective team work more effectively towards reaching the goal.

It’s clear that both of to get work done and to worry about how your team is feeling are important in the same way. if you just focused in your team feeling they would become spoiled by your kindness and make your word it’s will be nothing, because there’s a chance that they would think “just relax” as if you will not angry if they’re not serious . In the same way if you just focusing at “to get work done” without understanding their feeling, there’s a chance they would not want to working with you again, because you didn’t know how they feeling or not appreciate their work.
